If a master does not wear uniform especially during Arrivals in ports, Pilot and authorities will have a bad impression of the morale of the Master and crew, but this is only possible if the schedule is not hectic.

Indian and pakistani governments should allow their seafarers to go to shore leave in each other's countries. We are children of a common mother and every thing is same among us like language,food,culture,ethics and offcourse our looks.Then why is such animosity on the shoulders of their poor...
