I m freshers Tr.O/S looking for job, its been a year now still no help from anyone, RPSL companies too asking for money even though they r not allowed to do so. I really dont know to whom to seek help from.Even Companies who post jobs over here asks for money when they call us.

I never heard about this agency, but a law says: not impose any fees or other charges to the seafarer, except the cost of a medical certificate, the national seafarer’s book, and a passport or other personal travel document and the cost of visas shall be borne by the shipowner. you can read more...
