Application
The rules apply in any condition of visibility (e.g., in sight or in restricted visibility).
Look-out
Every vessel shall at all times maintain a proper look-out by sight and hearing as well as by all available means appropriate in the prevailing circumstances and conditions so as to make a full appraisal of the situation and of the risk of collision. 
Safe speed
Every vessel shall at all times proceed at a safe speed so that she can take proper and effective action to avoid collision and be stopped within a distance appropriate to the prevailing circumstances and conditions.

Few important income tax rules for individuals which will change from the new financial year.

With the onset of the new financial year, some tax rules for individuals are also going to change.

These changes were proposed by Finance MinisterArun Jaitley in the Budget 2017, and with the passage of the Finance Bill in Lok Sabha recently, these tax proposals have now become law.

This is not the first time, that the crew is facing the problems related to the salary. We have been listening to so many incidents resembling this one. The video in this blog is a message from the crew of the ship. 

The video says the ships is arrested as there are some disputes between the manning agency and ship owner, as a result of which the crew is unpaid since January 2017.
